<It is for small business owners and citizens
The biggest reason why local governments pay public welfare recovery subsidies, people's livelihood stability subsidies, and daily recovery subsidies is measures for small business owners and citizens suffering from the economic crisis. It is hoped that the subsidies will serve as a priming water to revive the sluggish local economy and alley commercial areas and restore citizens' daily lives.
Unlike in the past, COVID-19 disaster support funds, they are often paid with a 'pre-payment card' such as local currency, not cash. You can use a prepaid card to purchase household goods or services at a business run by a small business owner.
